Water for pharmaceutical use, stored in the storage tank is then delivered to the point of consumption via distribution system.

We design & deliver the distribution system for water for pharmaceutical use, with the assurance of clean water free from any form of contamination. We deliver as per protocols like WHO, FDA, MCRA and other.

We deliver piping for purified water, High Purified water and Water for Injection.

We deliver water distribution system with-

  • Water distribution system design with turbulent flow at velocity as specified in the protocols. High velocity will not allow formation of bio films within the pipes and valves.
  • Water Distribution system will be design with minimum or no dead leg.
  • Piping as per protocol and offers tubes, fittings in Stainless Steel 316 L, 304, uPVC
  • Stainless Steel 316 L Tubes, fittings used in distribution system will be electropolished internally to 0.4 RA and externally polished to 180 grid.
  • All Stainless Steel electropolished tubes will be welded using Orbital welding machine. With proper documentation for all orbital welding. Click here for sample
  • Boroscopic examination of welded joint.
  • Where Boroscopic examination is not possible radiography examination can be offered.
  • Welder and welding procedures as per latest edition of ASME section IX.
  • Integration with WPU storage and generation system.
  • Complete system will be controlled, monitored and reported with state of the art Automation system.
  • We also supply valves, fittings, and other accessories to complete the distribution system

We follow strident Quality Control system for Raw material, in process working and final testing. TC for raw material, proper storage and inside cleaning of tubes and pipes, hydro testing is norm at our sites.

All Systems will be Qualified and Validated as per the followed protocol.
